I don't think that the 2,000+ of us can do this for you.  However, the
really good thing that Peter K. does is to post instructions every so
often that are good to keep, so that we, as individuals can set our
systems to "nomail"..... 

Next time, I'd recommend sending a note to [log in to unmask] ,
leave the subject line blank, then include the instructions in the body
of the email......
