I am looking for reviews of the current AIIM ERM certificate programs, 
particularly the "Practitioner" and "Specialist" courses.  I searched 
the archives for the listserv, but did not find much mention of them 
(unless I completely missed it).  Specifically, I would like to have 
comments regarding the utility of these courses for individuals working 
within a records management program and seeking to develop an electronic 
records management program for a small-medium sized institution.  Thank you.
