Jason brings up a good point - if your IT shop has someone that knows MAPI
you could knock out a custom solution fairly quickly. But give the size of
the organization it appears you work for, this is definitely something you'd
want to automate. 

I don't have the list of tools readily at hand and I'm in PPT heck on about
4 dift presos at the moment so I don't have time to look today. But watch
the list - I will try to get a more comprehensive list of solutions that
claim to offer that out maybe early next week.
