Good grief! What are they using to handle the boxes, a forklift?

Do we do what is right or what is easy?

Subject: [RM] Rough Handling of Archive Boxes
Does anyone have any warning notices or guidance documents that are
issued
to employees regarding the handling of archived documents/boxes that
they
are willing to share? We are suddenly seeing a rash of retrieved
archive
boxes being returned to us by our employees that need to be repacked
before they can be returned to off-site storage. I?m not talking old
boxes that have been retrieved countless times and have simply worn out
but relatively new boxes that may have been retrieved once or twice and
should be in pristine condition.
