Hello Everyone: 

 

I have been a member of the listserv for almost a year now, but have not
actually posted before. Up until now I have spent my time avidly
following conversations and garnering invaluable insight into the
records industry (I really appreciate all of the great
posts/conversations).  However, the time has arrived for me to join in
and post a question, and I figured I better follow the list rules and
introduce myself first.

 

 My name is Tiffani Keene and I am relatively new to the records field.
I am fortunate enough to work for a great water utility that is in the
process of further developing our content management system. Presently,
we are working with the Oracle Universal Records Management System and I
was wondering if anyone has experience with Oracle URM. If so, I would
greatly appreciate it if you could contact me offline.
