Hello, all.

Is anyone aware of a scanner that is a stand alone workstation that does not require a computer connection? In other words, a scanner that has an LCD panel which allows one to enter an email address to which a scanned document can be sent? I believe the person who asked me this question was thinking of something along the lines of photo printers, where a smart card is inserted into the printer and with a few settings of the menu on the LCD screen, out pops a photograph. Only this would be a scanner that could scan, then email either images or pdf files. I have never heard of such a thing, but was asked to ask.

Thank you in advance for any help!
