Dear Listserv Members:
We are in the process of implementing EMC’s Documentum Physical Records
Manager and have received conflicting advice on using formal records. Can
anyone who is using this system for physical records management provide me
with the pros and cons of not using formal records?
In addition, we have looked at two ways of structuring the file plan, by
department or by function. Any insight as to which structure works best?
