In general we keep call logs "no longer than 2 years".  If a document is 
used for auditing purposes we keep them 15 months.

Wondering if anyone has any policy or retention guidelines that they'd be 
will to share as it relates to call log information?  These logs are 
occasionally used internally to monitor employee behavior.
