Rule one of any disaster recovery plan is to have a plan yourself (for your family, pets, data, etc.) After you have that plan in place and tested you can then focus on other issues a lot more productively. My .02.

Subject: Hurricane Preparedness - best Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity tips

Hi everyone-
I wanted to tap into the collective knowledge and experience of this group with a request for some help, starting with this question: What are your best information protection tips?

I’m putting together a list for my customers at Iron Mountain. I have: 1.
Have a plan and test it. 2. Make copies of vital records. 3. Get critical data and applications offline and offsite.

What am I missing? Would love some input/feedback!

Thanks!
-Christian
