Interesting article - sounds like a case study for an MBA class.  Curious
as to why he used records and information management as an example when
writing for the hotel industry.  Not sure I completely agree with his
example, but connecting with Executives has been a stated goal for many
years.   Is the author associated with ARMA? or this ListServ?
