Representatives from various Athens County agencies crowded into the
county's microfilming office Thursday morning, after Sheriff Pat Kelly
announced on his personal Facebook page that records reported missing from
the county Prosecutor's Office, and allegedly sent to the landfill on
Kelly's orders, had been located in that office.
