Attorney General's Office To Hold Grand Jury In Athens County | WOUB

*UPDATED 5:00 p.m. *An Athens County commissioner and the county sheriff
confirmed Tuesday that they have been subpoenaed by the Ohio Attorney
General's Office to testify to a grand jury.

"I'm going to assume it has to do with the sheriff because they previously
asked for my e-mails (relating to the sheriff's disposal of records)," said
Commissioner Lenny Eliason. He has been subpoenaed to testify Thursday
before a special Athens County grand jury.
