Always it happens over the weekend....
Overhead pipes are a condition under which the simple act of tidying up at
the end of the day -- putting hardcopy files in their file drawers instead
of leaving them out on your desk, counter top, file cabinet top -- becomes
a disaster mitigation measure. I have seen this many times: water from
above - the records that were affected were those left out, while the
records filed away were protected.
