I'm resending my previous message below hoping some more of you will
respond. I got a few responses and perhaps I didn't get more because I
gave the impression that I only wanted to hear from folks at other colleges
and universities. However, I also would like to hear from others
regardless of whether you're at a college or university. The HR function
isn't that different across the spectrum of organizations, in my
experience, so it would be valuable and most appreciated to hear from more
of you.

Again, thank you in advance for any info you might share.

Can some of you, especially those at colleges and universities, share with
me what kind of file management software for scanning/workflow you all are
using to manage your active personnel files...and that works for longterm
retention of your inactive personnel files?

Thank you in advance for any information you may provide!
