Hello colleagues:

I work in Records Management in a Boston law firm consider this a launching
point for my career in RIM. I am currently in the process of applying to
take the CRM exams. I am also *starting* to get involved in my local
ARMA chapter.

I am looking for resources on a few items:
-Communication, such as sales pitches or succinct marketing
-Improving personell management, such as conflict resolution, mindfullness,
etc. I am lumping subordinates, superiors, and end-users into this category.

I poked around the ARMA website a bit, but did not see webinars that looked
useful here. Do you all have any suggest?
