Good Day Everyone!
First, thank you so much for your responses!  As always, such amazing input from this group that educates me and helps create discussion items that I've realize I really need to review with our General Counsel.

As far as the division with copyrighted materials, their division does not allow copies of any copyrighted materials and so they consider them restricted and controlled.  We have decided to let our General Counsel decide how to treat these materials.

As always, this group is really amazing and I want to thank everyone again for taking the time to send me your responses!
