The lawsuit

former JM Eagle engineer John Hendrix and Philips & Cohen
<http://www.phillipsandcohen.com/>of breaking the law by pulling evidence
off of JM Eagle's computers, surreptitiously taping conversations and
removing documents from company files so they could be copied at the law
firm's offices. In some cases, the suit says, Hendrix sent out e-mails
suggesting he'd previously discussed incriminating matters with people on
the phone and asking them to confirm those details in writing.
