PIA | National Archives of the Philippines issues guidelines to facilitate systematic records recovery after disaster TACLOBAN CITY, Leyte, March 13 (PIA) - The National Archives of the Philippines through Executive Director Victoria Mapa Manalo has issued Memo Circular No. 001 series of 2014 on the guidelines on records recovery and disposal measures.
