As the new Records Manager at Selective Insurance, I am busy updating the RIM program and fielding questions from staff. Here is one of them. I hope someone has experience with call center records.
Can anyone provide guidance on retention for recordings of call center phone calls? Would like to know what other call center companies are keeping or where I can find that information. Is there a sample or percentage that is kept?
