In addition to Fred's sage advice, it seems to me that some courts would 
at least consider the definitions in ARMA's glossary, since ARMA's 
expertise has been solicited by standards organizations, Congress. and 
the Sedona Conference.
And invoking Congress -- on the lighter side -- remember the courtroom 
in "Miracle on 34th St." where the judge declares, in paraphrase: If it 
is good enough for the U.S. Post Office, it is good enough for the court.
