Jordan asked "Does anyone who has taken the test in the last couple of
years have any recommendations?"
I am a newly minted CRM as of 1/1/2015 (hooray!) and took Part V back in
the Spring. I found William Saffady's books most useful - specifically
*Managing
Electronic Records*. For micrographics, I preferred older works since the
technology, like Robek, Mary F., Gerald F. Brown and David O.
Stephens. *Information
and Records Management*. I found that a lot of the concepts in older
(pre-2011) works were still applicable and that I could find other concepts
described well online, like the software development lifecycle.
I found that the exam was weighted fairly evenly between everything listed
on the exam outline.
Best regards,
Abraham
