At one time the ARMA site had a dictionary or glossary of RM terms on the home page. I am not able to find it anymore. I must admit it has been awhile since I have looked at it. Does it still exist? And if so where is it located?

Well, I can't find it either, but I do find the opportunity to purchase a glossary for a modest fortune.

The Society of American Archivists, however, has an free e-book on Archival and Records Terminology compiled by Richard Pearce-Moses. It is to be found at: http://www2.archivists.org/glossary. It will probably have what you need.
