It really is a nice benefit if you can give them the option.  Later on
when they're tempted to take another job, they may find themselves
turning it down because they'd have to go back to a 5-day week.

Can anyone give me good examples of how/why a 4 day work week would be
a good idea,as compared to a normal 40 hour 5 day week?  I'm thinking of
this change and need to present a good argument to management.
