Ta Da!! This is my first posting, but I have been reading a lot so feel
that I already know some of you.

My company has in place a classification process for applying access
rights, storage requirements, need for encryption, etc. to corporate
records. In the wake of Sarbanes we are working diligently to clarify
that process and to increase awareness of the need to classify. We are
considering attaching the classification label to the retention
schedules.

I am interested in how many others have similar classifications
processes? How well do they work? What do you call this process? Lastly,
has anyone made it a part of record series information?
