You might contact Canlan Ice Sports (http://www.icesports.com/ for rinks and corporate at http://www.canlanicesports.com/). It manages the ice rink here, under contract with the City of Wichita. Canlan is the largest operator of ice rinks in USA-Canada (at least according to The Wichita Eagle), operating 21 facilities.
