Registration is now open for the one day November 23/04 program: Enterprise
Electronic Records Management – Real and Now!, Presented by Jim Coulson

Developing and implementing a successful enterprise electronic records
management solution within an organization requires three critical
components:

Organizational Change Management: Implementing enterprise electronic
records management requires senior management vision and support. It also
requires strategy, policy, communication and decentralized responsibility
that ensures buy-in and accountability at all levels of the organization.
This is balanced by sufficient professional resources dedicated to steadily
move the organization toward compliance within an explicit timetable. This
part of the program will take the mystery out of managing the organization
to get what you need.

Practical Organizational Standards: It is the responsibility of every
organization to adapt and adopt a documented version of these standards for
their own use. This part of the program will show how to develop standards
by which the organization can be audited for compliance, yet be complemented
by a practical guide for deployment based on the value of the records
involved.

Appropriate Software Tools: In this part of the program, the various
tools will be reviewed for the most popular electronic environments with a
discussion of their relative strengths.

Don’t miss this presentation being given by JIM COULSON, CRM, FAI, an
internationally recognized records and information management consultant.
