Great reply Peter as we save e-mails into a "G" Drive here.  We have created
a file classification system using a number of folders and subfolders (as
Peter mentioned) We save these e-mails as an msg file. We then use the
properties box to create the metadata about the e-mail.  What is great about
saving these as an msg is that the e-mail retains the attachments and is
also searchable.  It is an interim measure for us while we look at EDMS
solutions.
