Hello all,
I am the Records Manager for an engineering and architectural firm in
St. Paul, MN. I am currently working with the head of our Acctg.
department and we are discussing I-9's and W-4's in regards to
archiving. Are these necessary to keep for longer then the retention
period? Should we scan these for permanent archive or just destroy at
the end of the retention period?
