I guess this still leaves it to question a bit... as there is no definition
for "shredding" or specification for "reasonable means".  I mean, it seems
reasonable that to strip shred microfilm would be considered adequate, in
that it wouldn't seem reasonable that someone would attempt to gather data
from strip shred film, but they can... and the same can be said for strip
shred (and from what we've seen) even crosscut shred paper.
