...1. exactly what search engine for example or what are some of the
      engines among the many that are used with good results ?...  in
      compiling RAIN Records and Archives in the News from the dailies
      and from the other publishers.

If any of you kind folks out there would please do cooperate with an
enquiry in greater detail about an excellent resource.

It is of interest to document for the future and for any others
interested exactly how a great resource is compiled that similarly
well done resources can be ever better, ever more effectively and
ever more efficiently.
