Don, you've been given more than enough information to figure out how to do
it yourself. The only further suggestion I can make is that someone sit
with you and show you, and I don't know anyone near you with that much
patience and long-suffering (to use an excellent archaic word that should
never have been allowed to die). If I was near enough, I might have been
stupid enough to volunteer myself!

Subject: Naming a search engine or engines used in compiling RAIN Records
and Archives in the News

Thank you for the information, for the email ! It is encouraging !
so, continuing...

...1. exactly what search engine for example or what are some of the
engines among the many that are used with good results ?... in
compiling RAIN Records and Archives in the News from the dailies
      and from the other publishers.

   2. How actually is that search engine used for good hits?... for
RAIN Records and Archives in the News from the dailies
      and from the other publishers

If any of you kind folks out there would please do cooperate with an
enquiry in greater detail about an excellent resource.

It is of interest to document for the future and for any others
interested exactly how a great resource is compiled that similarly
well done resources can be ever better, ever more effectively and
ever more efficiently.
