Not only is the security of information a concern across all different
levels of records management and information management; but I am
seeing that the information security is valued in the same manner
across national borders. I travel to Paris, and then England and
Scotland in the middle of January for meetings on protecting
information in different formats, so that a fail safe environment can
be created for vital information assets. Then in March I will travel
to Russia. So the issues are the same world wide. The information
that has value must be protected and it must be protected from the
genesis of the information until it has completely served its purpose
to the organization.
