I came across an interesting article below.  Apparently the Supreme Court
is review the Arthur Andersen convicition for corruptly obstructing an
official proceeding. According to this article Andersen's attorneys are
asserting that in the absence of receiving actual notice of investigation
the records destruction that occurred in this case was perfectly legal.
