Welcome to the list Eric! I spent 10 years in Redlands. The University of Redlands is a beautiful school as well as being an excellent one. Good luck on getting your CRM!

Subject: A Proper introduction of Myself
Greetings List Members,
It was pointed out to me that I failed to properly introduce myself to the
community at large.
Actually i'm not all that new to the list. I have been in Records
Management for 21 years,
working my way up from my first position in 1984 as a Records Clerk with a
growing HMO in Los Angeles,
to Lead Clerk positions at Countrywide, Records Coordinator positions at
Litton Industries, Heitman Financial,
and Baxter, and to Manager positions at Spectrum Laboratory Products, and
my current position at Mani Brothers.
I went back to college in 2002, and in 2004 received my BS degree in
Business Management from the University of Redlands,
and at some point in the near future hope to get my CRM certification
which will be the icing on the cake for me.
Also, I have been a member of the Los Angeles Chapter of ARMA off and on
since 1988. I look forward to the list postings, and
the insight that they have already started providing me.
Regards,
Eric D. Etter
