Program: Paul Bauman is a Graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology
where he studied various forms of Electronic Imaging and minored in Business
Management. He has worked in the field of Electronic Imaging,
publishing, printing, document management and records management for over 10 years.
He is currently involved in business development at TOWER Software. Paul
will present the five critical steps a project leader or records manager
must do to ensure your EDRM Solution meets your organizations mission and is widely accepted from the executive management to the daily users. This presentation will
cover:

-How to get executive sponsorships of your project and ensure your
project is fully funded;
-What to do to ensure management, IT and users all buy into the solution
and fully use it;
-Secrets to help you define your requirements;
-What to do now that the system in installed, and;
-Ways to keep the momentum moving and ensure continual system expansion.

Menu:  Entrees include: Mediterranean Salad (feta cheese, olives served with pita bread); Grilled Chicken & Pasta (in a creamy parmesan cheese sauce); Traditional Greek Roast Leg of Lamb (with rosemary & garlic. Served with a Baked Potato); Prime Rib of Beef
(served with au jus and served with a Baked Potato); and Greek-styled
Shrimp (shrimp sauteed with tomatoes and topped with melted feta cheese
and served with sauteed spinach); and Athenian Moussaka (Layers of
sauteed eggplant with ground beef). Drinks and desserts are also served. Cash bar. Cost: $25.00 for members and $30.00 for non-members.

Driving Directions: From Gaithersburg take I-270 to the Beltway. Take
MD-97 S Georgia Avenue exit 31B. Travel South for approximately 1.2
miles and turn left onto Cameron Street. Turn Right at Fenton (the next)
Street. The Golden Flame is halfway down the block. Metro Directions:
Red Line to Silver Spring Station. Face right outside the Metro and walk
three (long) blocks North on Colesville  Road. Turn left at Fenton
Street. The Golden Flame is halfway down the block. Parking:  The Golden
Flame has some parking. Also, there are 5 Montgomery County Parking lots
nearby. Parking on the street is limited.
