Registration is now open for the ARMA TORONTO CHAPTER February 23, 2005
EDUCATION PROGRAM: Building the Business Case and Managing the Change
Required.

Any business case, regardless of what it is addressing, is basically a
factual argument. Paul Fisher will discuss how you can develop an effective
business case for an Electronic Records Management solution. But we all
know that getting approval for funding is only the first hurdle in
establishing a new system. Managing the change that is required to
successfully implement such a system can be even more challenging. Monique
Attinger will address the ‘art’ of project management through change
management and David Rintoul will address the role that facilitation skills
play in this process. Participants will come away from this session with a
better appreciation of how to gain approval for a new system and how to
successfully effect change within their organizations.

Our speakers are:
* Paul Fisher of Portals and Content Management Group, a division of IBM
Global Services
* Monique Attinger of Attinger Consulting
*       David Rintoul of GlaxoSmithKline
