John A. Gervais - asked
Has anyone used the Google Search
Appliance http://www.google.ca/enterprise/gsa/index.html in their
organizations? I will be attending a demo on this in the near future.
First hand experiences are always great to hear about. I hope you are
having
a wonderful day folks.

John,
We use the Google Search Appliance on our web server here at UT System
and have been doing so for a couple of years - we have been happy with
it. Here is our web site http://www.utsystem.edu in case you want to
play around with it.

A personal note for everyone - although I not been contributor on this
listserv for a while, I am still a pretty faithful reader and am still
so grateful for the education in records management I have received from
all of you who participate regularly. - I can now put those proud
letters CRM after my name - what a nice feeling!! Maybe now that is
behind me, I can be more faithful about sharing from my small, but
growing store of RIM knowledge.
