MINIMUM SALARY: $36,766

The Library of Virginia is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person
who has experience with providing consultation services to records
management programs, development and delivery of training programs, and
development of on-line training packages for public officials and records
officers, records retention and disposition scheduling, and oversight of
records management publications.  If you¡¦re interested in a rewarding

If you have . . .
ć      Significant knowledge of records and information management including new
technologies and trends in information/records management
ć      3 to 8 years experience (preferred)
ć      Experience in development of web based training
ć      Knowledge of state and local government operations
ć      Analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills
ć      Experience and judgment to plan and accomplish work goals
ć      Effective customer service skills
ć      Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
ć      Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing.
ƒá      Bachelor¡¦s degree in records/information management, archives or library
science, business, or public administration ¡V master¡¦s degree and
Certified Records Manager (CRM) certification preferred, you may be just the
