Good Morning all,

I've been talking with a few consultants about the filing system here at
my firm and there's a question that continues to come up that maybe you
all can help me understand. The question is "Do we, and if so, how do
we, provide a Cerificate of Authenticity for scanned docs?" I need to
know more about a Certificate of Authenticity. How do I get it for or
do it to the docs we scan? Currently we are scanning on a very, very
small scale (but I'm sure it will grow). Everything we scan right now
is for in-house use. How do I prepare us for the "big time"?
