John Lovejoy's reply: "General consensus was (I think) that PWC did not
actually prepare these
figures.  I vaguely recall that the Records Manager at PWC said that they
could find no evidence of such a study."

John is absolutely correct in his statement.  I contacted PWC myself and
after a thorough search and consultation with their consultants, they could
find no evidence of the study in question, on paper or in an electronic
format.  Do you really want to quote or use these figures then?
