          Regarding the exact ways in which Peter Kurilecz goes about
          his efforts with Records and Archives in the News, it is
          something that most people would not accomplish on their own
          as well as it is done for RAIN. That is what is behind the
          enquiry for the specific keywords, the specific search
          engines and whatever else particularly used to compile RAIN.
          It could also be a case example that particular information
          would then demonstrate general principles people could use
          in a like manner.
