Not to be picky, but someone needs to inform these folks that a CRM is not
a
"Certification in Records Management." That tell me they have no clue as to
what a CRM is, just picked up the jargon somewhere.

I find it very interesting to read ads and am shocked to see how many
mistakes employers make in their candidate requirements. I guess that just
makes the world more interesting and challenging for us all!
