Chris,  You really need to take a step back, breath deep  and not rush
into buying a package.  You need to decide what types of functionality you
need in the software( retention schedules,physical records center
storage,retrievals,etc), what kind of IT requirements there are, and
scalability are just a few.  If you can provide some more detail I'm sure
the list can help you be sure  you've covered all the bases and then leave
it up to YOU to decide on the different programs merits.
