Dear list members,
I again reiterate the precept that ALL responses should be shared with the list.  This issue is also one my organization is grappling with - so now there are three of us on record as wanting information about this.  And we are the vocal ones who had a minute to write.

Thanks to all who do share their experiences and wisdom as well as their personalities, idiosyncrasies, hobbies, insights and wisecracks.  And let's do "keep the cards and letters coming".

However, please do provide any information related to this topic to the entire list!!!

employees records and also any policies, procedures or best practices on how
to deal with the records of those that have already left the company?  You
