Although I did not originate the topic, I also was interested in answers, so I will answer that what I would like information on is a process for dealing with the records, most specifically the email and other electronic files, but actually all records which an employee might have at the time of departure.

Thanks,
Mary Hilliard

Good Morning,
What specific type of record are you referring to?

Diana I. Cleven

Do you have any policies or procedures on how you deal with your departing
employees records and also any policies, procedures or best practices on how
to deal with the records of those that have already left the company? You
can respond directly to me. Thanks. Any information will be appreciate it.
