ARMA recently submitted comments specific to Sarbanes Oxley to the
Securities and Exchange Commission.  Here's the link to the ARMA document.
It should help you develop your discussion regarding the link between
Records Management and Sarbanes Oxley.  You may also wish to alert your
management to the fact that ARMA International is well aware of the link
between the Act, the administration of that Act and Records and Information
Management.
