The key effect of Sarbanes is that C Level management is much more
aware of RIM than they were in the past.

the key to tying RIM into SOX is that RIM provides internal controls
over records and information. How it is kept, when it is disposed of,
how it is disposed of. Internatl controls are nothing more than
auditable procedures.

Now must get back to producing guidelines on how to properly classify
records ie confidential et al, not file plans
