Steve - We're talking about the extra "stuff" people keep that we're
trying to gain control of -- e.g., copies of their contributions to
projects, preliminary drafts, personal copies of records, etc.  This
"stuff" shows up on network drives, in e-mail, in their desk drawers,
etc.
