oh most definitely. it is very annoying to post a message only to
receive a O3 message from a subscriber. Here are the basic steps you
need to follow

1. if you are going to be away from your office for more than a day
you can do one of two things, set your account to nomail or set it to
digest

2. if you use an O3 message you MUST step your account to nomail
before you set your O3 message

3. Be sure to set your account to nomail early in the day. Do NOT wait
until it is time to leave. If you want to see postings during the day,
just visit the listserv archives (url is at the bottom of this
message)
