Make it as interactive as possible consider using some of the
Commonwealth Films videos. Many are now available for use on internal
networks.. Make sure that the participants can download and printout a
course completion certificate.

consider doing an internal poll of your employee base to determine
what type of classes they want.  Use something like survey monkey or
zoomerang, (the latter is very cost effective and has many ready made
templates). What you may want to teach may not be what your users
want.

Consider two types of classes one class teaches them a skill, the
other imparts general information eg new legislation, policies, etc
